By using Complaint Monkey and purchasing our AI-generated complaint letters, you agree to the following terms:

• Digital Products: All sales are for AI-generated digital complaint letters. No physical product will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your personalized letter.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery of digital content, you lose your 14-day cooling-off period upon download (as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right to a refund. Refunds will only be provided if the service is technically defective or fails to generate a letter.
• Personal Use Only: You are granted a license for personal use of the generated complaint letters. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (names, dates, complaint details) is accurate. Complaint Monkey is not responsible for errors in the generated letter resulting from inaccurate input.
• No Legal Advice: Complaint Monkey does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or professional consultation. The letters we generate are informational tools only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, refund, or response from any company.
• Limitation of Liability: Complaint Monkey is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from the use of our letters. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending the letter. We are not responsible for how companies respond to your complaint.
• Intellectual Property: The AI-generated letters are provided for your personal use. Complaint Monkey retains ownership of the underlying software, algorithms, and templates used to generate the letters.

Privacy Policy

Complaint Monkey is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly under UK GDPR.

• Data We Collect: We collect your name, email address, payment details (processed by Stripe), and the complaint details you provide (company name, issue description, dates, desired outcome).
• How We Use Your Data: Your data is used solely to generate your personalized complaint letter and process your payment. We do not share your complaint details with third parties, including the companies you are complaining about.
• Data Retention: Your complaint details are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after purchase. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting regulations.
• Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to process payments and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
• No Spam: We will not sell your email address or spam you. We may send you transactional emails related to your purchase (e.g., receipt, download link).
